Full title of the paper is AI-Enabled Access to Justice: Adaptive Questioning for Personalized Online Dispute Resolution. The paper contains principle AI framework for personalized ODR forms for vulnerable persons, based on Open ODR Model and general open-source ODR (e.g. ODR Machine).
